Orange's Commission Prices ver 2.0

So finally after a few months I can now update my own commission prices again. And this time adjust the prices a little bit. This version now adds a new option: Non-Anthro. That's for those who wanted some art of characters in some media.

Again, take heed:

* I have a right to deny some commissions. Its because I don't do some extreme fetish arts or that I am rather busy finishing one of my artworks.
* Be honest when you're gonna pay.
* I only accept paypal only, that's all.
